Buying a new property is exciting and you will want to ensure that you get the property you have made an offer on. You should work with a mortgage broker and a solicitor that you know will get the job done efficiently and that will always be available to answer any questions you have.

We provide professional advice and offer mortgages from across the market.

The initial consultation with is free. We want to be able to show you how we work, what service you will receive and ultimately the terms we can secure for you before you commit to using our services.

We work hard to keep the process as stress-free as possible. We work closely with you to answer your questions and guide you through the process from start to finish. We put together robust applications and preempt lender queries. We save you time by handling everything from the completion of the application forms to the instruction of the property valuation; we will chase the estate agents, surveyors and solicitors on your behalf to bring about a swift completion.

Benefits of using a Mortgage Broker

  • Instant access to 1,000’s of mortgage products

  • Advice from a qualified, experienced mortgage adviser

  • No time wasted applying to lenders that will eventually say No. We Apply to the right lender, first time.

  • Support for when things go wrong.

The Mortgage Application Process

  1. Mortgage review to find the most suitable solution for you

  2. You send us your documents securely

  3. We pre-underwrite your case and try to preempt any queries the lender may have. Doing a thourough job at this point, helps to speed up the application with the lender.

  4. Obtain an Agreement in Principle

  5. Full application is made to the mortgage lender

  6. Documents uploaded to the lender to support the application

  7. Application agreed subject to a survey

  8. Survey received back from the surveyors and assuming no essential repairs and the property valuation is acceptable

  9. Mortgage offer produced

  10. Solicitors work to draw down the funds and complete on the purchase or remortgage

Paperwork

Typically, Lenders will require:

  • Proof of ID

  • Proof of Address

  • 3 Months Bank Statements

  • 3 Months Payslips or 3 years Accounts/Tax Computations And Tax Overview Forms for the self-employed

  • Proof of Deposit for Purchases

Is it Easier to get a Mortgage Through a Broker?

Yes. In our opinion, it is much easier and for several reasons; you will not have to spend hours on a phone to a bank waiting to speak to someone and then going through a laborious sales process.

You get access to more products as most mortgage brokers have access to hundreds of lenders.

You benefit from someone working on your mortgage application whilst you go about your daily life. If things go wrong (and they often do) you will have someone working on your behalf to find solutions.

A mortgage broker can save you time and money on your mortgage.
